How quickly can you repair my iPhone?
Do you charge a fee if you can't fix my phone?
We do not charge a check and test fee on any repairs except with water damaged phones, this is to cover the not inconsiderable time required to check and clean the device. our check and test charge on none-fixable water damaged phones is £20. Laptops and PC's will always incure a check and test fee of £35.
What kind of warranty do I get?
We offer a 90 day warranty on all iPhone repairs, with the iPad screen repairs we give you a full 12 Months warranty. Unless otherwise stated all repairs besides the iPad come with 90 day warranty. Any damage to any parts we fit will invalidate your warrant.
Do you use original parts?
The majority of our repairs are undertaken using genuine manufacturer parts, we do also give our customers the option of going for aftermarket parts, because we keep all parts in stock we are able to demonstrate the difference between each when you drop your device off to us, you can then make a selection based on your requirements.
Do you have a car park?
We have a large and dedicated car park, so you will not incur any parking fee's or tickets. We believe this takes out alot of the stress involved in using other repair outlets in the city centre.

Do you provide a mail-in service?
We now offer a mail in service, we can also dispatch our own courier to collect your device, we will soon have a section on our website explaining how you can send your device to us.
Do you provide a call-out service?
We are looking to offer a call out service for the Leeds area later this year, as a local company servicing the Leeds area we regularly encouter iPhones that have been damaged by lesser skilled companies offering a call out service only, many of these companies are not even based in Leeds and will use unskilled locally sourced technicians to get the job done, we will never do this, and will only dispatch a senior techcian.
Do you carry out repairs at your workshop or is the work outsourced?
we do not outsource any of our repairs, our workshop is the largest of its kind in the UK, with this kind of size we able to keep on hand a large and dedicated team that is familiar with most faults, this allows us to carry out all repairs at our state of the art workshop.
Can I get a VAT invoice with my repair?
Absolutely, as a genuine VAT registered company a full VAT invoice is provided with all the repairs we conduct.
Do you only repair Apple devices?
We focus on Apple Mac iPhone and iPads, our technicians are fully capable of repairing all other device types like the nokia Lumia Series, HTC, Samsung Galaxy and LG Nexus Smart phones.
